Bravisa has outlined the information we need in order to accurately represent your products on our site.
The more relevant and specific information you provide in both our required and additional attribute sections,
the more attractive your products will look to customers. If you have products that require any option choices
such as color, size or personalization, please contact us.
Once you verify that your file meets our requirements and check for spelling errors, please email it to us at mfg@bravisa.com.
We accept flat files (.xls, csv, or tab delimited .txt files). If you do not already have a file, you can
grab our template.
Required Product Attributes Please note that every product must have the following attributes and you must use
the corresponding column headers.

Product Name
The name of your product. If you have your own retail site, you may want to use the same product name.
The more descriptive your product name is, the more attractive it will be to customers.
MPN
Manufacturing Part number.Your internal code or unique identifier for this item.We include the mpn on the work
order we send to you.
SKU
Stock keeping unit. If you don't have a sku, we recommend you use (A) your mpn or (B) your brand name + mpn.
NOTE:The sku number is the unique identifier that creates the product listing in Bravisa's catalog, so each product must have its own unique sku.
(And the SKU must remain the same in all your feeds.)
Product Description
Tell us more about this product. This can include product features, technical specifications, dimensions, color,
marketing description, materials, etc….If there are any special notes on with this item that you wish to draw attention to, use the
column header "special_notes" (found in the additional attributes.)
NOTE: Text limit may not exceed 4000 characters.
Product Image
Good quality product images help sell products, so we require at least one valid product image per product.
If you have an image caption, look under the additional attribute section for the corresponding column header.
You can include up to 8 images and captions. Note: Bravisa stores your images on our server so we either need an image url
or an email file.We currently accept the following image formats: .gif, .jpg, .png

If you have an ftp site where we can retrieve your images email us instructions on how to access your ftp site.
Brand Name
What's the brand name of the product? If you made the product, your company will most likely be the brand.
Note:if you don't want your company brand name listed on our retail site, please provide us with a name which we can use.
Lead Time
Number of business days it takes you to process and prepare an order once the order is placed.
Note: this does not include the estimated shipping time.

Returns
Bravisa does not have our own return policy. We simply follow whatever your return policy is. The more flexible return
policy you have the more the more competitive you will be.
Please make sure that you have this information filled out for every product you list.

Shipping
Option 1: UPS by Bravisa
Bravisa has partnered with UPS to simplify your shipping. We'll generate the shipping label for you to print and use.
UPS bills Bravisa directly.
Note: You are eligible for this program if UPS already has a regularly scheduled stop at your site
OR you are able to take packages to a UPS drop off center.

Shipping Weight
You must provide the shipping weight of each product if you want to use UPS by Bravisa.
Please give us the shipping weight in lbs, entering only the value.
Shipping Dimensions
We strongly recommend that you also provide the shipping dimensions (width, length, and height) of the shipping box so that we can give a more accurate
shipping quote. Please use separate columns for each and provide the dimensions in inches. The format should only include the value. (e.g. 2.5)
Shipping Restrictions
If you are using UPS by Bravisa, list any shipping restrictions for your product
(e.g. Ground, 2nd day air, etc…). If there are no shipping restrictions, leave it blank.
Option 2: Your Own Shipping Method
If you prefer to use your own shipping company, you will need to provide a flat shipping rate for the Continental US and
Alaska and Hawaii. Let us know which company you use and the service you use. Once the product ships,
you will need to login to your account and mark the item as shipped and provide Bravisa with the tracking information.
