What you need to know about the Order Process




1) Email Notification Bravisa will notify you of an order through an email notification. Once you receive this, you will need to log into your Bravisa account to accept the order. If you cannot fulfill an order for any reason, you will need to contact Bravisa.
2) Shipping Use UPS by Bravisa or ship with the carrier of your choice. If you are using your own carrier, you will need to login to your Bravisa account to mark the product as shipped and provide the tracking number.
3) Payment Bravisa pays you net 30 days by invoice unless another method of payment has been previously arranged. You will be paid the wholesale price of the product and, if using your own shipping option, the flat shipping rate you quoted with your product information.

Customer Service and Returns When signing up, you will need to provide your return policy and instructions. Bravisa will contact you on the customer's behalf if they want to return an item.
